Deven Coopoosamy - Mr. Coopoosamy is head of Business Development for the CIM Group. He holds a Certificate in Offshore Finance and Administration. He is responsible for providing fund structuring advice and has been involved in advising clients on structuring, setting up, listing on Mauritius and International Stock Exchanges and administration of funds in the global business sector. Mr. Coopoosamy has over 18 years of professional experience in the fields of global business, advisory and auditing.
Mr. Coopoosamy has participated in offshore international investment funds and tax conferences. He is a director of several Multiconsult Limited client companies, including funds and an asset management company.
Dana Duffy - Ms. Duffy is currently the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Counsel of NetWitness Corporation, a position she has filled since June 2007. Ms. Duffy manages all financial, legal, and administrative operations of the Company. Duties include monthly financial statement reporting to the CEO and President and quarterly reporting to the Board of Directors. Ms. Duffy is responsible for all accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash and asset management, investor relations, legal review of all customer and vendor contracts, annual audit and tax filings, and oversight of office administration.
Prior to NetWitness, Ms. Duffy served as Controller and Corporate Counsel for Care Fusion Inc., Qmobile Inc., and Induslogic Inc. Ms Duffy managed financial, legal, and administrative operations of the companies.
John LaPides - Mr. LaPides’ professional life includes a broad range of experience and a breadth of knowledge. Mr. LaPides’ history includes involvement in several start-ups, managing mature enterprises, industry standard development, manufacturing, logistics, venture and public financing, and merger and acquisitions.
Mr. LaPides was the President and CEO of Snow Valley, Inc. from 1980 until its acquisition by Nestle USA in 2009. Under his guidance, Snow Valley grew over 50 fold, including 20 straight years of growth. Responsibilities included manufacturing alliances, sales and marketing, human resources, acquisitions and finance. Mr. LaPides has chaired numerous committees, including the International Bottled Water Association and International Council of Bottled Water Associations.
Mr. LaPides was the initial investor in InPhonic, Inc. (NASDAQ:INPC), now Simplexity, and served as director and audit committee member through 6 rounds of venture financing and 2 S-1 filings. The company went public in 2004 and reached a $1 billion USD market cap. Mr. LaPides is an Entrepreneur in Residence, Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship, R.H.Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship.
Abdool Azize Owasil - Mr Owasil is a general manager of funds and is in charge of the operations of the Fund Administration at Multiconsult Limited. He is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and member of the Securities & Investment Institute. Mr. Owasil has over 14 years of professional experience in the fields of global business (including fund/company structuring, setting up of trusts and tax planning), taxation, auditing and consulting.
Mr. Owasil acts as director for several client companies of Multiconsult Limited including collective investment schemes.
